When the ultrasonic vibrating screen is used for sieving, because the ultrasonic transducer often touches the material, it will damage the transducer due to the conductivity of graphite. For this reason, the device of an external ultrasonic transducer is introduced, which greatly improves the phenomenon of the damage of the transducer due to the conduction of the material.
2. It is caused by the improper use of the
ultrasonic vibrating screen by the customer. The ultrasonic vibrating screen is used on the customer's production line. However, due to the large flow of personnel in the workshop, the transfer of personnel is not fully completed during the transfer process, resulting in improper operation by the operator during use to damage the transducer.
3. There is a problem with the quality of the products produced by the manufacturer. This is also a reason for the frequent damage of ultrasonic transducers. Some small manufacturers have to improve their production lines and technology, and the ultrasonic transducers produced cannot be used well by customers.
