There are four types of

3. Composite spring
The composite spring is a combination of the characteristics of the rubber spring and the steel coil spring, and the material is also an elastic body that combines the two. It combines the advantages of both, and also improves the disadvantages of both. It has the characteristics of good stability, high load capacity, vibration isolation and noise reduction. It is more suitable for large-scale vibration equipment in mining, coal, metallurgy and other industries.
The installed springs are generally composite springs and rubber springs. The composite spring is composed of metal coil spring and rubber. It integrates the advantages of metal spring and rubber spring, and overcomes the shortcomings of both. It has stable shape and mechanical properties, can withstand heavy loads and large deformation, and has vibration isolation It has the advantages of good noise effect, stable operation and short over-resonance zone time. Rubber springs mainly have the advantages of small self-generated heat, good resilience, stable mechanical properties, long service life and low cost.
Therefore, the damping spring is an indispensable part in the rotary vibrating screen. The vibration damping spring on the vibrating screen is an important part connecting the screen body and the base. It plays a buffering role in the working process of the vibrating screen, so that the material can keep moving forward on the screen without damaging the vibrating screen.
