Explosion-proof motor machine routine maintenance

a. The machine should be equipped with electrical protection device;

b. In the initial stage of machine operation, check the motor fastening bolts at least once a day to prevent loosening (including motor fastening bolts);

c. When the rotation direction of the vibration motor does not meet the requirements, just adjust the phase sequence of the power supply;

d. The motor should have good lubricating oil. When the motor equipped with a grease nipple starts to operate, add 3# lithium-based grease (ZL-3) once every two weeks of operation, and then add once every 600 hours of operation. The amount of refueling is controlled at 15-20g each time. (When the sealed bearing is used, the motor is not equipped with a grease nipple);

e. After the accumulative operation of the machine for 1500 hours, the bearing should be checked, and if there is serious damage, it should be replaced immediately;
