1. Insufficient voltage: when the material layer on the screen is thick, the excitation force of the vibrating motor will not reach, and the sieves are evenly distributed, and the sieves have a margin for screening.

2. The problem of the vibration motor is mainly reflected in the installation. Because there are heavier eccentric blocks at both ends of the vibration motor, such as vertical or inclined installation, the bearing will be polarized, which will adversely affect the bearing and shorten the service life of the motor.

3. The sealing problem of the protective cover and the inner sealing ring: the working environment of the linear screen is mostly very poor and the dust is very large. When the vibration motor protective cover is not tightly sealed, it is easy to enter dust. If the inner sealing ring is not sealed, it will cause partial deviation. The friction of the block works and then burns the motor.

4. The problem of anchor bolts: the looseness of anchor bolts can also cause damage to the vibration motor. Because the excitation force generated by the pain masses at both ends of the vibration motor hits the anchor bolt twice per minute, the vibration motor itself participates in the vibration, and the anchor bolt is easily loosened. Once the bolt is loose, it will cause other bolts to loosen or even crack in a short time, and then burn the motor.

5. The lack of oil or excessive oil filling of the vibration motor is also one of the main reasons for motor vibration damage.

6. When the angle of the eccentric mass is too large, it will produce vibration with the largest amplitude. If the maximum amplitude is used for a long time, bearing wear will accelerate, and bearing life will be shortened due to fatigue. Therefore, the adjustment of eccentricity should be appropriate. If the number is not enough, you can replace a larger vibration motor, which will extend the operating cycle.

 7. Temperature problem. The normal operation of the bearing should not exceed 75°C. The new vibration motor has a running-in process, and the temperature may be slightly higher, but after a period of work, the temperature should be stable. If the stability is still too high, please check the oil level, oil level and oil level. Cleanliness.
