The linear vibrating screen relies on two vibrating motors as the driving source for grading and screening. Then, when there is a problem with the vibrating motor, how should we choose to deal with it? Vibration motor fault handling skills: 1. After starting, the motor does not start, you should check: 1. Whether the power supply lacks phase; 2. Whether the motor is open phase; 3. Whether the protective cover is damaged and rubs the eccentric block; 2. After starting up, if the motor is noisy, heats up, etc., it should be checked: 1. Whether the roughness of the contact surface between the vibration machine and the motor foot meets the installation requirements; 2. Whether the anchor bolts are tightened; 3. Whether the vibration acceleration of the host meets the requirements for use; 3. After adjusting the eccentric block, if the amplitude changes abnormally, check: 1. Whether the eccentric blocks at both ends of the shaft are adjusted symmetrically; 2. Whether the bolts of the eccentric block have forgotten to be tightened; 4. When two vibration motors are working at the same time, when their phase rotation does not meet the requirements, the phase sequence must be adjusted by a single unit, and the phase sequence of the total power supply of the two vibration motors must not be adjusted.
