1. Check whether the liquid flow is effective on the screen frame. For the vibrating screen with stainless steel screen structure at the hook side, the screen surface on both sides is lower than that in the middle, and the mud is very easy to flow into both sides and escape, so it should be ensured that the mud enters the screen frame from the middle. At the same time, 2 schemes can be adopted. One is to change the front spring seat to moderately increase the angle of the front side of the screen box; The second is to change the turnover plate position of the extension slot to control the liquid flow distribution.
2. Check whether the rotation direction of the motor is correct. Remove the cover of the vibrator first, and check whether the eccentric blocks of the two motors rotate outward evenly. On the other hand, if the steering is incorrect, please replace any two phase wires in the incoming power supply of the electric cabinet. Error method 1 (two motors rotate inward). Although it is possible to remove drilling cuttings outward, the speed is relatively slow; Incorrect method 2 (two motors rotate in the same direction), the vibration force is relatively small, and the mud is basically not treated without sand removal.
