Working principle and usage of
test sieve shaker The test sieve is a device used to separate materials of different particle sizes. Its working principle is mainly based on the different sizes of the mesh apertures. The material is moved on the mesh through vibration to achieve the purpose of separation. When using the test sieve, you first need to select a suitable mesh according to the particle size of the material to be separated. Install the mesh on the screen frame and ensure that the mesh is flat and wrinkle-free. Then, pour the material to be separated into the screen frame, turn on the vibration device, and make the screen vibrate evenly. During the vibration process of the material, particles smaller than the mesh aperture will pass through the screen and fall into the collection container below, while particles larger than the mesh aperture will remain above the screen. Materials of different particle sizes can be obtained by step-by-step separation of meshes with different apertures. After use, turn off the vibration device and clean the mesh and screen frame for next use.
