vibrating conveyors include the following:
Trough vibrating conveyor: This is a common type of vibrating conveyor that uses a vibrating motor as a vibration source to throw the material upward and move it forward. The conveyor can be up to 20 meters long and can be tilted upward by ≤10°
Pipe vibrating conveyor: It is used to convey powder and granular materials horizontally at a controlled rate in a closed circular tube. The conveying length can reach 6-7 meters, and motor or electromagnetic drive can be selected according to requirements.
High temperature resistant vibration conveyor: mainly used for conveying high temperature materials, such as bottom ash treatment of incineration system, high temperature carbon powder, coal slag, smoke, cement, etc. in coal chemical industry. The material temperature does not exceed 300 degrees Celsius, and the conveying length can reach 20 meters.
High temperature resistant long-distance horizontal vibration conveyor: mainly used for conveying various powder, granular, block and mixed materials at a temperature below 800 degrees Celsius, widely used in building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry and coal industries.
Classification by driving mode:
Electromagnetic vibration conveyor: vibration conveyor driven by electromagnetic drive.
Inertial vibration conveyor: vibration conveyor driven by inertial force.
Eccentric connecting rod vibration conveyor: vibration conveyor driven by eccentric connecting rod mechanism.
