Application of linear vibrating screen in ceramsite sand industry

Ceramsite is made from various raw materials such as clay, slate, shale, coal gangue, and industrial solid waste through ceramic sintering. It is generally used to replace gravel and pebbles in concrete. Ceramsite sand has many advantages such as low density, thermal insulation, excellent impermeability, excellent alkali-resistant aggregate reactivity, low water absorption, good frost resistance and durability. The particle size of ceramsite is generally 5-20mm, with the largest particle size being 25mm. The fine particulate part of pottery is called pottery sand. There are many fine particles smaller than 5mm in the ceramsite. During production, a screening machine is used to screen out these fine particles. It is customary to call it ceramsite sand. Ceramsite sand has a slightly higher density and good chemical and thermal stability. Ceramsite sand is mainly used to prepare lightweight aggregate concrete and lightweight mortar instead of natural river sand or mountain sand. It can also be used as acid-resistant and heat-resistant concrete fine aggregate. The special vibrating screen for ceramsite sand uses the currently used vibration motor as the vibration source. The overall vibrating screen uses horizontal screening, with high fineness and large output. It is suitable for screening operations of ceramsite sand between 5 mesh and 60 mesh. The screen mesh is not Network blocking and operation are simple. DZSF series linear screen is driven by dual vibration motors. When two vibration motors rotate synchronously and in opposite directions, the excitation forces generated by their eccentric blocks cancel each other out in the direction parallel to the motor axis, and superimpose into a resultant force in the direction perpendicular to the motor axis. Therefore, the motion trajectory of the screen machine is a straight line. The two motor shafts have an inclination angle relative to the screen surface in the vertical direction. Under the combined force of the excitation force and the material's own gravity, the material is thrown up and jumped or moves forward in a straight line on the screen surface, thereby achieving the purpose of screening and grading the material. . It is suitable for screening various dry powdery or granular materials with a particle size of 0.074-5mm, a moisture content of less than 7%, and no stickiness. The maximum feed particle size is no more than 10mm.
