A phosphate customer in Egypt is facing the need to improve the quality of finished products. They hope to screen out fine particles less than 1 mm from the material with a feed size of about 5 mm through the screening process to improve the quality of the final product. In addition, they also require an output of about 50 tons per hour. In response to this demand, we recommend the use of 316 material linear vibrating screen as the best solution to customers.
Since salt materials such as phosphates are corrosive, we specially selected 316 material as the part in contact with the material. 316 not only has good corrosion resistance, but also can maintain the stability and service life of the equipment in harsh working environments. This choice ensures the reliability and durability of the equipment and meets the customer's needs for long-term use.
We selected the
linear vibrating screen model DZSF1840 for the customer and plan to provide 5 devices. According to our estimate, the output of each device is about 12 tons per hour, and this configuration can meet the customer's output requirement of 50 tons per hour.
By using these linear vibrating screens, customers can achieve fine screening of phosphate feed. Fine particles are screened out on the screen, thereby improving the quality of the finished product. This screening process will bring customers higher product value and market competitiveness.
