In terms of pea grading, German customers want to classify peas into three different sizes: 5-7 mm, 7.5-9 mm and 9.5-11 mm, and require an hourly output of 200-300 kg. In order to meet this demand, we recommended an ideal solution to customers - using a three-layer rotary vibrating screen.
The design of the
rotary vibrating screen takes into account the requirements of the food industry. The part that contacts the material is made of 304 material to ensure the hygiene and safety of the product. In order to achieve grading of different sizes, we configure three different meshes with different apertures for the rotary vibrating screen, namely 9 mm, 7 mm and 5 mm.
By using such a rotary vibrating screen, peas can be graded on the screen and classified according to their size. Smaller peas will be screened out through a 5 mm aperture, medium-sized peas will be screened out through a 7 mm aperture, and larger peas will be screened out through a 9 mm aperture.
The design and configuration of this three-layer rotary vibrating screen are very suitable for customer needs. It not only meets the production requirements, with a production of 200-300 kg per hour fully achievable, but also can accurately grade the peas into the three required size ranges.
We believe that this rotary vibrating screen solution will be able to meet the needs of German customers and provide an efficient and reliable solution for their pea grading process.
