2. As the spiral shaft rotates and the material continues to increase, its internal friction force also increases; When the material is in balance with the internal friction force (i.e. the internal and external friction forces are equal), the material is transported downwards along with the rotation of the screw.
3. During operation, due to the presence of friction and the gravity of the material, the screw moves vertically; At the same time, due to its rotation, the screw undergoes horizontal displacement.
4. With the extension of operating time or the intensification of wear, the screw will undergo bending deformation or fracture damage; At this point, new parts must be replaced in order to achieve normal production and prolong the service life.
5. According to different requirements, the speed can be adjusted to change the conveying distance and the length of the material being conveyed.
