How to deal with mesh burning in ultrasonic vibrating screen
2024-02-20
The ultrasonic vibrating screen is derived from the rotary vibrating screen. The high-frequency and low-amplitude ultrasonic vibration waves added to the screen make the materials suspended, thereby effectively suppressing adhesion, friction, wedging and other blocking factors, making the screening more efficient. The industry has successfully entered the era of fine screening of ultra-fine powder. Then another problem will come one after another. The phenomenon of network burning occurs in ultrasonic waves. How does this phenomenon occur and how can it be effectively solved? Reasons for mesh burning in ultrasonic vibrating screens: 1. The ultrasonic transducer accidentally fed powder when screening materials, causing the ultrasonic temperature to rise and generate heat, thus burning the screen; 2. The transducer and generator are not matched, causing the transducer to be unable to effectively transmit high-frequency radio waves, and abnormal screen surface conditions to cause heat generation; 3. The screening equipment was accidentally connected to the power supply during operation, resulting in heat generation; 4. The poor quality of the ultrasonic generator is also one of the important reasons. A generator with poor quality cannot effectively convert the current, causing the frequency of the screen surface to be disordered, and the phenomenon of net burning will naturally occur.
