In the production process of negative electrode materials for batteries, the screening process is an indispensable link. In order to improve production efficiency and ensure material quality, we have introduced efficient screening technology.
We use a
single-layer vibrating screen with a diameter of 1200, equipped with ultrasonic function, and use a 150-mesh sieve for impurity removal. This screening equipment can quickly and accurately separate impurities from the mixture to ensure the purity of the negative electrode material.
By using ultrasonic technology, we can further improve the screening effect. The high-frequency vibration of ultrasound can effectively eliminate adhesion in the material, keep the sieve holes unobstructed, avoid blockage and reduce maintenance time.
Under this optimized screening process, we can achieve a high output of 500 kg per hour. This not only greatly improves production efficiency, but also ensures the quality and consistency of negative electrode materials.
