Working principle
The
plane rotary screen equipment adopts reciprocating rotary motion mode and low-inclined screen surface, so that the material can produce circular motion at the feed port to quickly achieve material dispersion and layering, and realize elliptical motion in the middle of the screen box, which can perform well. Material sieving allows small particles to pass through the sieve quickly, and realizes approximately linear movement at the discharge end, so that particles larger than the size of the sieve openings are quickly moved in the direction of discharge until they are discharged outside the machine to complete the whole screening of the materials. Three motion trajectories are adopted: circle, ellipse and straight line.
