How to identify whether the vibrating screen mesh is qualified

   According to the raw materials used, the screen is divided into three categories: silk screen, metal wire screen and synthetic fiber screen.
The silk screen is made of mulberry silk with different denier according to the specifications and is woven with full hank, half hank or plain weave, and the weaving method is similar to that of mesh cloth. The specifications of silk screen mesh are 4 to 62 holes/cm, which are mostly used for screening in the grain industry, and can also be used by grinding wheel and emery cloth factories to screen sand with different thicknesses.
   Metal wire mesh is made of copper wire, stainless steel wire, iron wire and steel wire as raw materials and made into a mesh product through certain technical methods. The diameter of the metal wire is mostly 4 to 0.025 mm, and the plain weave, twill weave and mat weave are generally used. The metal mesh has clear and correct holes, the mesh surface is flat and straight, and has the characteristics of high temperature resistance and wear resistance. The stainless steel mesh is also resistant to corrosion. Therefore, metal screens are mostly used for powder screening and oil filtering.
    Synthetic fiber screens are available in nylon or polyester filament and brown. It has the characteristics of no rust and corrosion resistance, and can replace some metal screens.
   Whether the screen of the vibrating screen is qualified can be determined by hand. Flick through the sieve by hand, and there is no tingling feeling, indicating that the quality is high. Then observe the gloss of the screen mesh. The screen mesh is bright and shiny, indicating that it is a good material. If it is dull or black in color, it is not a 304 material. Screens with thicker wire diameters are more durable, and attention should be paid to the selection of standard and uniform apertures.
