The vacuum feeder uses a vortex air pump to pump air, so that the inlet of the suction nozzle and the whole system are in a certain vacuum state. The powder and granular materials are sucked into the nozzle along with the external air to form a material air flow, which reaches the hopper through the feeding pipe, and the gas and material are separated in the hopper. The separated materials enter the receiving equipment. Feeding and discharging are completed by continuously opening and closing the pneumatic three-way valve, and the opening and closing of the pneumatic three-way valve is controlled by the control center.
The vacuum feeder is equipped with a compressed air back blowing device. During each discharge, the compressed air pulse back blows the filter to knock down the powder adsorbed on the filter surface, so as to ensure the normal operation of feeding.
Plastic vacuum feeder adopts vacuum air flow principle and stainless steel combined structure. The built-in pulse back blowing device has high material separation rate and can automatically control the conveying and feeding of various powders. It is suitable for injection molding machines, extruders and high-speed mixers with high height, long distance and large feeding volume.
